1.Exfoliate 24 hrs. before tanning. Moisturize dry areas such as hands, feet, knees, ankles and elbows prior to application.

2.Pump product onto the mitt and apply in sweeping motions. Leave hands and feet til last, sweeping lightly over.

3.Your tan will develop in 4-6 hours for an even deeper tan.

4.Shower in warm water to remove the guide color and gently pat skin dry. Moisturize daily to maintain results.
