Are your products cruelty free?

Most of our products are suitable for vegans; however the products which contain beeswax & honey are not suitable . Our lip balm, beard balm and beard wax contain beeswax.

Are your products organic?

We strive to use 100% organic materials and ingredients whenever possible. Our products are not ‘certified organic’ as this certification costs a lot of money which we would have to reflect in our prices. Instead, we focus on creating high quality natural products that deliver outstanding results. It is important to note that a product does not have to be certified in order to be labelled as organic.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

We are opposed to all forms of animal testing and we can ensure you no animal testing is carried out on our products.

What preservatives do you use?

We use a combination of Ethylhexylglycerin and Phenoxyethanol which is a globally approved paraben-free preservative that is very effective against bacterial, yeast and fungal growth. We will only add little, safe percent about 0.1%-0.2%. Many well-known brands of skin care products contains it. If you don't like it,We could let engineer to replace this ingredient.

Can I remove ingredients from your products?

Yes, but sometimes deleting ingredients may affect the texture and skin feel of the product, please confirm with our sales representative.

Can I add any ingredients to your products?

If you select something that we don’t think will work well, we will let you know. Also, if you would like help in deciding which ingredients to add, please get in touch and we will be very happy to help.

I have a formula that I would like to use for my branded line.Can you manufacture and fill it ?

Do you offer a packaging and labelling service?

We offer one-stop service and pre-packaged range of products where we manage everything end to end and you will receive your own-branded labelled products, ready for sale. If you would like more flexibility on what packaging you would like then with our bespoke service you can send your packaging directly to us for filling or we can help support and advise. Our professional R&D team develop customized formula, designing team make exclusive designs, purchasing team help you purchase and produce high quality packaging and save your time. Our professional production team ensure product quality and delivery time. We will provide our best service for you, any question please feel free to contact with us.

Can I purchase your products without private labeling?

Yes, we can offer products in bulk.

What are your leading times for the orders?

Lead Time: After confirmed your deposit, we could start the order. Our production Process is: Stage 1: Packaging materials prepared, like stickers (adjust and check sample), jars, shrink wraps, within a week. Box (if you need): 10-13 business days; Stage 2: Fulfillment and Assemble line to finish, hot season around 2-3 weeks. Only the stage 1 finished, we can start second stage.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life of all our products is 36 months from date of manufacturing. It is best to use up within 12 months after opening.

What certificates can you provide?

Regarding the certificates: For the factory standard, we are ISO22716-2007/ISO9001-2008/GMPC /SGS certified factory. For the European Market, we can assist you to do the CPSR program. For the product, we can provide COA, and MSDS. When we finish the mass production, we can also provide: Stability Testing, Microbial Challenge Test, IFRA, MSDS Report(for each ingredient), some certificates might need fees. Finally, we are declared that our products contain no chemicals, no parabens, no formaldyhyde.
